Workouts per week: 6 (24 total workouts)

Meet Fire and Flow, a 4-week fitness program that alternates between cardio, weight training and restorative stress-free workouts. Super Trainers Jericho and Elise have joined together to create a program that will help you take the stress and frustration away and help you integrate healthy habits.
No matter your fitness level, it’s time to focus on moving your body and relaxing your mind.
I was really looking forward to doing the FIRE & FLOW program in the summer of 2022 when it came out. I completed my very first Beachbody program when I joined this community, Jericho’s Morning Meltdown 100 and right before I went for my knee surgery, I was doing Barre Blend which I ended loving.
The program is really broken up into 2 programs. You have Jericho’s upbeat, energetic movements and then you have Elise’s soothing, calming voice that brings in joy throughout the workouts. They have a really good synergy between each other and I feel as though the different programs allows you to really alternate between “Fire” more cardio-weightlifting workouts and “Flow” which is more on a low-impact, dance-like workouts.
So, the program runs 30 minutes per session for 6 days a week with only one rest day for 4 weeks. Fire & Flow also offers eight 15-minutes bonus videos. And, if you do have a bike at home, you can swap our some of the videos for Fire Ride and Flow Rides.
I am a BeachBody Coach and I do enjoy alot of different exercise programs and what I did enjoy about Fire & Flow are the variety of styles that come from both Jericho and Elise. They create a very positive, motivating program. With Jericho, I felt as though she motivated me with her energy and attack all while being composed in her teaching whereas Elise was a breath of fresh air. I felt as though I was back on the ice just enjoying the moment throughout the movements.
This program is for all levels, so if you are just starting out, you will be be able to follow this program at your pace. It’s not a race but a marathon, we are working on continuously working on ourselves.
There is always a great opportunity when you try something new or out of your comfort zone. You end up either really loving it or ready for the next one.
We are each so busy in the every day life and we sometimes forget about us. This is why this program reminds us to enjoy the different styles and moments that presents us. One day you are kicking butt and the next day you are moving in motion. Such a beautiful feeling.
