This community is much more than just fitness and nutrition! It’s a feeling of belonging for oneself, of self-acceptance, self-love. It’s about learning about yourself and about others. Its about empowering each other through different discussions. It’s for those busy momma’s or retired athletes that lost their vision after retirement. It’s for those that wants to create a better life and will dedicate these next years to themselves, to live happy, fulfilled.

Congratulations!! Woohoo!!! You are here and that is because you want to improve your health habits! We all of those days (or week) where our motivation wanes off and excuses starts piling in…unless you have a plan in place to overcome those challenges.

What is a Challenge Group?

A challenge group is a private online group that provides support and accountability towards your health and fitness goals.

A supportive group  will support, encourage and motivate you to reach your goals, whether its completing a fitness program, pushing pass a plateau or just eating healthier.

You get comfortable doing something that you think works really well but you know deep down that it’s not really working or it’s not what you really want! Or maybe, it’s something you experienced and you hated how it acted or though you could have done better.

Changing the way you think, can change the way you learn and grow. It’s proven that it works when you say yes to yourself.

When you are choosing an exercise or nutritional program, you are choosing based on your goals. It’s starts with creating small healthy habits at a time in order to create a sustainable lifestyle.

Each programs provides information on the length of the workouts, skill level and style such as low impact or high intensity to no-equipment. Each program comes with a calendar, tracking sheet, nutrition guide, and free support through coaches like myself.

When choosing a program, you have to consider your personal time commitment and the style of workout you want.

Commuting to the gym, navigating peak times and accessing machines that are not always available, feeling overwhelmed or intimated with all of the equipment or other trainers, keeping up with all of the extra fees and contracts can end up being very expensive. You may be wondering if there is a better option out there. YES, THERE IS!

Living a healthy lifestyle is so important for us, and so is saving money. The annual plan is cheaper than other fitness programs out there and if you are looking for a cost-efficient way to stay active, the annual subscription is the way to go!

SURROUND YOUR ENTOURAGE WITH LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE

Surround yourself with positive people that you vibe with. When you surround yourself with positive, motivating, inspiring people,  you get the opportunity to grow as a person, build trust and get happier than you were before. I truly believe that this community wants the best in your wellbeing, and, we as influencer, or coaches, want you to succeed in life and support you on your journey as much as possible.

The people you spend time with can influence your thoughts and attitudes about ourselves, more than we realize. Surround yourself with people who love you and want the best for you. Seek out others who ae positive and can help build your confidence. Self-confidence and a positive attitude go hand-in-hand.

GET CONFIDENT. FIND THE STRENGTH.

There are many ways you can increase your self-confidence, ere are a few I thought I would share. Think about them!!

Stop comparing yourself to others. We each have our own story, and everyone is running their own race and life is not a competition. Think about your own strengths and successes. That is what is important, not what others do.

Take care of your body. When you practice self-care on a daily basis, you truly know that you are doing something positive for your mind, body and spirit. Get to learn more about nutrition, the good food vs the bad ones. When you fuel your body with nutrient-dense foods, you will be healthier, stronger and way more energized. Exercise. Physical activity boosts self-confidence. You feel better about yourself. Meditate. Sleep.

Be kind to yourself.  Self-compassion involves treating yourself with kindness when you make a mistake, fail, or experience a setback.

Practice positive self-talk. Challenge yourself with pessimistic self-talk and refrain your thoughts into a more positive way of thinking, increasing self-confidence. “I can’t handle this” or “This is impossible” becomes “I can do this” or “All I have to do is try”.

Face your fears. If you are afraid you’ll embarrass yourself or thing you’re going to mess it up, try it anyways. A little self-doubt can even help improve your performance. Hey, who knows, maybe you are really going to rock at it!!!

Do things you are good at. If you are good at a certain sport, for instance, then, make it a point to train or play at least once a week. If you are good at a particular task at work, then try to do that task more often. Building on your strengths can also help you build your self-confidence.

Learn when to say no. Saying to to activities that tend to zap your self-confidence is okay.
